ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Admission to UCNJ is open to all high school graduates, those holding high school equivalency certificates, or those persons eighteen years of age or older.
首页-schooled applicants must provide a signed form by the parent who conducted the home-schooled education. In the case of home-schooled applicants, who are affiliated with a local high school, the form will be signed by the Principal.
Candidates for programs leading to an Associate degree are advised to complete 19 units of high school credit distributed as follows:

Special notes on the distribution of high school units:
* 工程 and physical science students should include physics and chemistry; health technologies students should include biology and chemistry.
** Candidates for STEM (Science, 技术, 工程, and 数学ematics) programs are expected to have taken elementary and intermediate algebra, 平面几何, and pre-calculus.
*** The foreign language requirement is optional for students entering programs other than liberal arts.
**** Chosen from foreign languages, social studies, science or mathematics. If a student does not have these high school units, non-credit prerequisite courses offered by the College may be required by the selected program of study.
